The team was helpful, especially Jasmine, Sadaqat, and Fahisa. The hotel has neat, comfortable details and remains clean. The personalized welcome message on the mirror in our room was such a nice touch. The hotel even accommodated a later check out for me.
Some staff members at the front desk seemed a bit chilly, but the bar staff was lovely and helpful.

early check-inpowerful showercute staff
i arrived around 10 am and received early check-in that was great after traveling since 4 am the room included a hairdryer a kettle tea and coffee it was convenient the bathroom had a powerful shower and a bath i really liked the amenities. the staff were very cute and always smiling , made a great impression.
the hotel omitted that current conditions do not guarantee minimal comfort i was not aware of this before my arrival.

underwhelming stay near camden lock.
stuffy roommissing towel
The room felt quite stuffy and old. the window barely opened. I found that limiting. housekeeping took my towel. That wasn't great. no apology or anything was offered, either.

the breakfast was good. staff were polite and helpful. speedy check in happened and a generous tea supply was available.
i booked two double beds, but they changed it before arrival. it had one double and a bench bed. the bench bed felt crappy.

the staff was helpful throughout the hotel. nothing reminded me of too much trouble and they were friendly. one staff member got coffees every morning and ensured i had everything needed during breakfast.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
It lacked a fridge. I moved to the room my company booked for the week, but the deck was unsafe. It was in very poor condition and bowing when I walked on it.
